Single Origin Brewing Cocoa

Often an alternative to coffee, brewing cocoa is coarsely ground 100% cocoa. This brewing cocoa is made with Arriba Nacional cocoa beans from Ecuador. These highly sought after beans produce a rich, smooth, well-rounded and balanced cocoa flavor.

For Brewing: Various methods can be used to brew the cocoa such as steeping or French press. Steep 2-4 tablespoons with boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
