Looking to add something sweet to your event?

A chocolate event favor is an excellent way to treat your guests to a unique chocolate experience. Conch: Chocolate Experience offers chocolate bars or boxes as party favors for a variety of events. Whether it is a particular chocolate shape, packaging, or filling, custom orders can be made tailored to your special day. Some examples of events include:

  • Weddings
  • Birthdays
  • Corporate Events
  • Bridal or Baby Showers
  • And more!

Please Note: Custom orders are designed for orders with 10 or more chocolate bars or boxes. Customers ordering less than 10 chocolate bars or boxes should order from the Shop page.

The Process

1. Fill out the form in the “Ready to Get Started?” section below

This form contains important initial questions related to your event ranging from event type, number of chocolates needed, dietary restrictions, and contact information. Conch: Chocolate Experience is a micro-batch chocolate maker. To allow ample time for crafting chocolates, acquiring any custom packaging or equipment, and ship as applicable, please follow the below submission timelines:

  • 10-24 chocolate bars or boxes: Submit at least 1 month in advance.
  • 25-49 chocolate bars or boxes: Submit at least 2 months in advance.
  • 50+ chocolate bars or boxes: Submit at least 3 months in advance.

2. Consultation

Conch: Chocolate Experience will reach out to schedule a consultation for your event order. In this consultation, we will go over the details submitted in the form, discuss additional questions, and provide a quote for the order.

3. Contract

A contract is sent to the e-mail address provided. After the contract is signed, an invoice is sent to that same e-mail address for the deposit.

4. Order Processing

Conch: Chocolate Experience begins working on your order. Depending on how far in advance the order is placed, work may begin closer to the event date to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

5. Delivery

Your order is delivered via the discussed delivery method in the consultation and contract.
